Information sent by email or phone
When you contact us, we process the contact details and message content needed to answer an enquiry, testing request, pre-order interest or business communication. Retention depends on the purpose and applicable legal duties.
Online-shop launch updates form
When you submit the form, we store your email, optional name, selected flavour, diameter, product type, testing interest and website language. We use this information only for product availability and online-shop launch updates on the basis of your consent. You may withdraw consent at any time at info@nutribaits.cz; the information will then be erased unless a legal duty requires otherwise.
Tester programme application
To assess an application, we store the applicant's name, email, optional phone and region, fishing experience, techniques, introductory text, optional social link and any uploaded photograph. The photograph is stored privately and is available only through the private link included in the application. Nothing is published without separate approval of that specific content. Unsuccessful applications are retained for no more than 12 months; approved tester records are retained for the collaboration and the necessary period afterwards.
Email notifications from forms
Once server-side sending is activated, the website may pass form details to the transactional email provider Resend solely to deliver a notification to the NUTRIBAITS operator. The primary application record remains stored in the website database. The provider may be changed or notifications disabled at any time.
