The difference between a dip, booster and liquid attractor, how to use them and why PVA compatibility must be verified for each product.

Dips, boosters and liquid attractors are often treated as the same thing. Their differences lie not only in the label, but in concentration, viscosity, method of application and intended contact time with the hookbait or feed. Correct use starts by deciding what needs to be enhanced and how quickly it should work.
A dip is usually more concentrated and is used to coat or soak boilies, pellets and other hookbaits. The right contact time depends on the product and bait structure. Longer soaking is not always better: it can alter surface hardness or overpower the original flavour profile.
A booster should spread evenly across boilies, pellets, particles or groundbait without leaving a few oversaturated patches. Dosage must be linked to the weight of the feed. Without a product specification, a universal quantity cannot be recommended responsibly.
Liquids with too much water or an unsuitable carrier system may damage PVA materials. A PVA-friendly claim must therefore be based on a test using the actual product and a defined bag, mesh or tape.
Every NUTRIBAITS dip and booster will state its intended use, recommended dosage, flavour profile, pack size, storage requirements and verified PVA compatibility. We will not publish values that have not yet been confirmed by stability and practical tests.
